Here at AGS we strive improve our Customer Service wherever possible. With this in mind, we recently implemented a monthly customer survey.

The customer survey is broken down into 2 separate surveys and carried out over the phone, we’ve seen some great results as follows:

Customer Satisfaction – 4.65 out of 5

Delivery – 4.56 out of 5

We are very pleased with these initial results and believe them to be a fantastic way of judging how we are performing and what our customers think. The surveys are carried out anonymously so we can get a true feel of our customer’s impressions.

We have also added the incentive that one lucky customer wins £100 gift voucher – everyone’s a winner!
