At the UK Business Awards on Friday 8th November 2019, AGS were delighted to be awarded UKBA Winner in the “UK New Business” category.
This was a much-deserved reward for team AGS and a recognition of the efforts and improvements the company has made over the past two years.
On Friday the finalists and judges gathered at Park Plaza Riverbank in London to compete for a coveted series of prizes and share the very best ideas from the world of business – and the standard of competition was exceptionally high.
In the morning, Team AGS impressed the judges with their presentation, condensing a complex range of working practices into a concise, engaging 15-minute pitch, and then took questions from the panel.
Once the presentation was over, we had the chance to network with a diverse range of business leaders from all sectors of the economy and attain new perspectives on business strategy. In the afternoon, we enjoyed a glamorous Awards ceremony hosted by magician Ben Hart.
When the winner of the “Best UK New Business” category was announced, hearing our name read out is something we’ll never forget! Said Jamie Bennett CEO. “It was a very special day for us, and we enjoyed celebrating our victory long into the evening.”
